The bedroom opens directly onto the west-facing garden. A small hallway leads from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom. The Virginia creeper covering the house provides welcome shade from the summer heat.
This delightful little apartment offers privacy. The kitchen window overlooks neighboring apartments, but no windows are visible from them. The bedroom, however, overlooks the garden, offering views of spring blossoms, winter snow, and autumn leaves.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, oven, gas hob, and small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, and blender.
We live above this apartment and will be happy to assist you with any requests you may have. We are careful not to use the garden at the same time as you, unless we specifically request it. We are not always home, and you may enjoy the garden area without noticing our presence.
