table for 6 people, fireside chair, 2 relaxation chairs, flat screen tv 100cms
with satellite reception, pellet stove
- separate kitchen
with gas + electric stove. electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette set,
- bedroom with a 160cm bed
wardrobe with wardrobe, shelves and drawers
sheets are not included in the rental, but can be supplied as an option (8 € / pair)
- bathroom with shower, sink and storage
The bathroom linen is not included in the rental, can be provided at an additional cost (6 € / pers)
- separate wc
Heater
It is not included in the rental. A wood pellet stove is present, with blower and ventilation in the room.
In addition, electric heaters can be used
To provide, possibly depending on the season:
- 5 € / 15 kg bag of granules
- 0.15 € / kWh (beyond 5kWh / day)
Housework
The gîte must be returned clean when the keys are returned.
If you wish, we can do the cleaning for you

This was a great place in the beautiful French countryside. Clean, quiet and plenty of room for two. Excellent jumping off point to Chablis, Dijon and other nearby towns/villages.

This gite was perfect for our needs, travelling with a dog. It was spacious, clean, and very well equipped with every item you could need! The area is beautiful with easy access to stunning scenery, lakes, castles and cycling routes. Emmanuel was very welcoming and in particular it was great to have an enclosed garden. The welcoming wine was also a lovely gesture and much needed after a long journey. The peace and quiet in the country side was just what we were looking for. Thank you.

This gite is lovely for 2 people,it is well equipped and clean, there is a secluded back garden and wonderful views from the front. It has off road parking. It is very quiet and there is nature to see all round. It is close to Quarre Les Tombes which has everything for a perfect holiday, including two nice restaurants The Morvan and Quarre Creme. Things to see are; Vezelay, Bazoches, Dun les Places, the Morvan parc and take a trip to the Canal du Nivernais. The Owners are really nice people and do all they can to make your stay pleasant, they even leave some,essentials in the kitchen, but it's nice to replace what you use for the next holiday makers.
