This newly furnished Southgate home sleeps up to eight across three bedrooms -- a king with a pullout twin, and two queens each paired with a twin trundle. The centerpiece is a private heated saltwater pool right off the master suite, framed by a sunny patio. Inside, you'll find Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Board games and pool floaties are on hand for rainy days or lazy afternoons.
You'll have the entire house to yourselves, including the two-car garage and driveway parking. Self check-in and full privacy during your stay, with us just a message away for anything you need.
Southgate puts you about a mile from Siesta Key Beach and its Village nightlife, walking distance to Arlington Park's pool, courts, and trails, and minutes from Southside Village's local restaurant scene. House was immaculate Beautiful brand new home, relaxing pool good time with the family. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because we had a litter of puppies at home to take care of our home is under renovation so we rented the spot for the day to spend time with my aunt from out of state to visit us. Highly recommend this property very nice.
