For those that like all the details up front, we've prepared the below.

Designed with families in mind, Belleau Bear Camp keeps things simple in the best way. With a main floor primary bedroom, with a queen bed, and double bunk bunk room you can easily sleep up to 6 people on just the first floor. The upstairs loft can sleep another 4 with the queen bed and twin with a trundle. The main floor also has a full bathroom with shower but the loft has its own half bath making life easier on all guests.

No long drives to the water, no overcrowded beaches—just an easy 2 min walk to Belleau Lake, where you can spend the day swimming, floating, or watching the kids play. Back at the house, there’s space for everyone to spread out, whether it’s game time in the living room, quiet coffee on the deck, or kids claiming the bunk room as their own.

What guests love most is how effortless everything feels. You’re close enough to enjoy the charm of East Wakefield, New Hampshire and the broader Lakes Region, but far enough from the crowds of Lake Winnipesaukee to truly relax. It’s the kind of place where you don’t have to plan every moment—just settle in and let the days unfold.

KITCHEN
Start your mornings with coffee on the deck as the woods wake up around you. You will find everything you need allowing you to make a quick breakfast or a full on celebratory meal.

Check each cupboard and drawer for mixers, serving & baking trays, platters, and utensils, yes, even a can opener and egg slicer.

Whether you're a toast afficionado, or a seasoned chef, you'll be in good hands.

BATHROOMS
You will find towels in the closet in the downstairs bathroom and the drawers hold extra hand and make up towels for your needs. In the loft closet you will also find beach towels and extra linens, if needed.

Feel free to wash anything you need in the downstairs laundry, just please shake out any beach towels outside before washing them.

OUTDOORS
Spend your days paddling on the lake, skiing at nearby mountains, hiking, or exploring charming New England towns.

When heading to the lake, feel free to grab some inflatables, beach chairs, and toys in the basement and fill up the beach cart with all you need. (Don't worry, we have a pump for those inflatables, if needed.)

Come back in the evening and get that fire pit going as you grill out on the back deck and get ready for a meal under the setting sun.

Late into the evening, wind down with a cocktail while sitting in front of the bonfire or grab a game or a puzzle and see who wins an extra s'more!

**We do not provide firewood but you will drive past plenty of locations that sell it

GAINS
