Our family had a great time at this beautiful lake house! The house was clean, beds comfortable, new kitchen was great, and the views were amazing. We enjoyed meals on the deck overlooking the water, and spent our days relaxing on the beach, swimming in the refreshing lake, and kayaking/pedal boating. There were some small things that needed a little work, but otherwise this was one of the best NH lake houses we have stayed at with a wonderful beach area and lake. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others! Thank you!

Our family had a lovely stay here. It had a main bedroom on the first floor which was great for my elderly mother and 2 nice size bedrooms on the second floor. Updated kitchen, dining and living rooms were nicely appointed. The highlights of the property are the wrap around deck and the amazing walk out beach. The lake is very calm and peaceful, the water was warm and comfortable to swim in. I would recommend this property to any small to medium size family.

My family with 3 children 10 -13yrs old were lucky enough to be the first renters of this fantastic property on Lake Ivanhoe! Irene and her husband were wonderful hosts! They were very quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. We spent the 4th of July week here. There were spectacular fireworks nearby on the 4th and also on the lake several times.(beautiful to see from the spacious deck!) Days were spent enjoying morning coffee outside, lots of swimming, fishing, boating, and playing outside games. Evenings were spent grilling steaks, burgers and dogs, eating outside while enjoying the sound (like no other) of the loons calling each other home for the night. The lawn and beach are well maintained and i think one of the nicest looking on the whole lake.While sometimes it is hard to find rentals that supply boating of any kind, here there are several kayaks and a large paddleboat which everyone enjoyed! There were plenty of comfy large beds for everyone (linens and towels provided which is another thing some rentals don"t supply) Who wants to fill half of their vehicle with bedstuff and bathtowels? The house smelled fresh, very clean and well maintained. Views of the lake are amazing to see with big windows everywhere! Kitchen is brand new and fully stocked. So much to do in the area. I could go on forever and still not convey how great it really is! Irene thank you for all the thoughtful touches that made our vac exceptional! Hope to visit again!
