Enjoy your own private sandy area with a built-in bonfire ring, perfect for sunset fires, s’mores, and relaxing nights under the stars. The home has been beautifully updated with fresh coastal decor that feels light, clean, and inviting, while still keeping that relaxed beach house charm.

Inside, large windows bring the ocean views in, so whether you’re relaxing in the living room, cooking in the kitchen, or unwinding in bed, the sound of the waves is always with you. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and settle into beach life.

The location is ideal for leaving the car behind and enjoying everything Oceanside has to offer. You can walk or bike to the village area filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream spots, as well as the pier and beach activities. It’s one of the most enjoyable and easy beach towns to explore.

You’re also perfectly located for day trips, with LEGOLAND California just minutes away, SeaWorld San Diego about 45 minutes south, and Disneyland Park within easy driving distance. If you’re in town during baseball season, you can also catch a game and enjoy the energy of the San Diego Padres.

Vacation Rental Agreement
This vacation rental agreement (Agreement) is entered into on {{reservation_date}} by the Owner - including their agents, principles, representatives and others working on Owners’ behalf – (henceforth (“Owner”)) of the property located at {{address}} (also referred to as “Premises,” “vacation rental,” and “Property”) and the {{guest_name}} - including their agents, principles, and representatives (“Guest”), who signs this Agreement. Both contracting parties – Owner and Guest - shall be collectively referred to as “Parties.”
Owner and Guest agree that for and in consideration of the payment of rents and the performance of the covenants contained on the part of the Guest, Owner hereby agrees to assign and rent to Guest, and Guest agrees to pay Owner for the use as a transient/temporary residence of the Premises located at:

Oceanside Beach Rental Management Acceptance and Acknowledgment. Guest accepts and acknowledges that Oceanside Beach Rental management company (“Host”) is a separate third party to this Agreement. Guest accepts and acknowledges that Owner has assigned various task referenced in this agreement, including but not limited to (i) enforcing rental rules, (ii) collecting rental payments and booking fees, (iii) check-in and check-out procedures and policies, (iv) maintenance, (v) communications with all Guests, and (vi) reservation confirmation, termination, and cancelation of Guest’s reservation for the Premises.
Rental Term. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Rental Term”).
Rental Rules. Guest agrees to abide by all rules and restrictions listed in the House Rules in the Premises Listing and Guest Portal and incorporated by reference to this Agreement.
Rental Payment/Booking Fees. The Guest shall pay the Host, the amount as detailed during the booking process.Payment in full is required at time of booking. The scheduled check-in date is provided to Guest in the reservation confirmation email and Guest is deemed to have actual notice of the price and date of the rental period upon reservation confirmation.
Security Deposit. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:
Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement.
The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State`s requirements after the end of the rental period less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.
Utilities. The Owner shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.
Cancelations. Guest acknowledges and agrees that the reservation is subject to the specific cancelation policies of the booking channel used to make the Guest reservation. Guest Acknowledges and agrees to abide by the specific terms of the booking channel cancellation policy. Guest also acknowledges and agrees to the strict no refunds policy when booking directly through Oceanside Beach Rental. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Guest is solely responsible for acquiring third-party travel insurance should they wish to do so. Changes made to reservation dates may be requested within 24 hours of booking without penalty. New reservation dates are subject to availability and different rates. Owner provides no guarantee that prices/rates will remain the same. The rate Guest pays at the time of booking is final and shall not be subject to adjustment, modification, or renegotiation for any reason. All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing and Guest agrees to cover the cost of credit card transactional fees, should they cancel after the 24 hour period but still within the cancelation window for VRBO reservations.
Check-in/Check-out. Guest may check-in to Premises on {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Rental Term”). Prior approval and payment is required for any early check-in or late check-out. Front door codes to access the Property will be provided to Guest 24-hours before {{checkin_date}}. Please note that they code will begin
working at {{checkin_time}} on {{checkin_date}} and will cease to work at {{checkout_time}} on your {{checkout_date}}.
Smoking. The Premises is a designated no-smoking property. No smoking, of any kind or any substance, is permitted within the Property or on Property premises. Violation of this provision results in Guest forfeiting the entirety of their security deposit without recourse. Owner and Host reserves the right and Guest agrees to be charged any and all additional cleaning fees that are necessary to remove smoke from the carpets, furniture, and other contents of the Premises.
Pets. Pets are not permitted on the Premises unless prior written consent and pet fee payment has been received through the booking process. Guest shall inform Owner and Host of any intent to bring pets and the number of pets in writing in the booking process. If Guest has obtained permission to bring a pet and paid the appropriate pet fee, Guest acknowledges that Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds. All pets must be taken to the street behind or in front of the Premises to go to the bathroom. Any damages from the pet will be taken from the security deposit.
Eviction. Owners reserve the right and Guest agrees that any and all illegal activity as defined under Federal and/or State law will result in the immediate eviction of Guest from the Premises and a loss of all rents/payments made by Guest to Owner/Host, including but not limited to full rental payment and security deposit.
Noise Ordinance. The City of Oceanside enforces a noise ordinance, which states that no outside noises or disturbances are allowed between 10pm and 8am. Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by this noise ordinance for the entirety of the Rental Period. If a noise complaint is made, reservation is subject to termination and Guest may be required vacate the Premises with no refunds of any kind.
Ordinances/Statues. Guest shall not violate any ordinance or state law in or about the Premises. The Premises are rented to Guest for residential purposes only, and may not be used by Guest for any other purpose. Guest shall not violate any government law in the use of the premises, commit waste or nuisance, annoy, molest, disturb, endanger or interfere with any other resident, neighbor or occupants of neighboring properties. If a complaint is made by a neighbor and/or the police are called, Guest acknowledges and agrees that Guest reservation is subject to immediate termination and Guest may be required vacate the Premises with no refunds of any kind.
Privacy/Security. Neither Owner nor Host is responsible for any lost or stolen items. Owner and Host strongly advises guests to lock all doors and windows when away from Premises and at night. Guest acknowledges and agrees that Guest is solely responsible for all Guest’s personal property.
Children/Property Risks. Guest assumes full responsibility for all children on the Premises. Risks include but are not limited to elevators, staircases, proximity of home to the beach (no lifeguards on duty), kitchen appliances, electrical outlets, curtain cords, sliding doors, open windows, cleaning substances, etc. Neither Owners nor Host are responsible for these risks.
Assignment and Subletting. Guest shall not sublet the Premises, or any part thereof, or assign this Agreement for any reason. Any attempt to do so will result in a cancelation of Guest’s reservation without refund and/or eviction from the Premises.
Maintenance. Guest shall keep and maintain Premises in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Owner will pay for all normal and usual maintenance as needed. If appliances or electronics malfunction, Owner, through Host, will attempt to fix and/or replace item as soon as possible once notified by Guest. Guest shall inform Host in writing of any condition that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Host has 24 hours from notification to evaluate the complaint and rectify or repair the situation.
