Gather your family and friends for a memorable beach vacation in this spacious four-story beach house just steps from Buccaneer Beach. This is not a luxury home—it's a clean, comfortable, and well-loved family beach house that has welcomed generations of guests. Like many coastal homes, it shows some normal wear and is a bit worn around the edges, but what guests love most is its spacious layout, fantastic location, rooftop ocean views, and the opportunity to make lasting memories together.
Located directly across the street from Buccaneer Beach, you'll enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and beautiful views from the rooftop deck. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise over the Pacific, your afternoons at the beach, and your evenings enjoying spectacular sunsets. There is a cute little coffee shop and breakfast stand right across the street too!
Designed with families and groups in mind, the home features five spacious bedrooms, a bright great room filled with natural light, and a large chef's kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances—perfect for preparing meals and gathering after a day at the beach.
Walk just a few minutes to the sand, or stroll to Oceanside's popular coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and coastal attractions. Bring your bikes and explore the scenic beachfront bike path, visit Oceanside Harbor, or spend the day discovering everything this vibrant beach community has to offer.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with the bedding provided. While the property allows up to 12 people total, groups larger than 10 must bring their own cots or toddler sleeping mats and all bedding for those additional guests, as bedding is only supplied for 10 people.
Additional amenities include a rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views, a four-car garage, beach gear storage, full-size laundry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
LEGOLAND California, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and the LEGOLAND Water Park are only about 10 minutes away, while the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Petco Park are an easy drive.
For getting around town, simply download the Ride Circuit app. Oceanside's convenient electric shuttle will pick you up right at the house and take you to nearby beaches, restaurants, shops, and attractions for a small fee—making it easy to leave the car parked.

This property suited our needs for a group of 12. We love Oceanside & the proximity to the beach and the town. The unit itself could use some love & attention. We had issues with two smoke detectors chirping in the middle of the night. When I asked if there were 9 volt batteries in the unit, the response was simply no & no offer to send someone to change them out the next day . We bought our own to get some sleep! Some of the window coverings were falling apart. One of the shower rods kept falling down. For the price per night, I expected more.

We had the best time at Buccaneer Beach! The location is perfect--easy walk down to the Oceanside beachfront and pier. Small park across the street is perfect for families with small children. Spacious kitchen with all of the equipment needed to fix a big holiday meal. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely large home in a very nice location in Oceanside. We had all the basics that we needed and the owner was very quick in answering any of our questions. Good place to stay.
