This 3,600-square-foot property boasts six luxurious bedrooms, each with its own king or queen bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for up to 14 guests. Five full bathrooms and one half bathroom are thoughtfully designed for your convenience and privacy.
Step into the spacious living room, where a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, perfect for family gatherings or overnight guests. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects to the dining area, ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.
Outdoor living is a highlight at Pe-1724, with a private deck, BBQ grill, and fire pit, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and evening gatherings. The rooftop deck provides panoramic ocean views, while the private spa invites you to unwind and relax.

Other than a flu, few glitches with the toaster and the bathroom towel bar we had a wonderful day. Everything was clean and inviting. There was just one concern I had and that was the pictures that were posted on the website. It looked like we were overlooking a complete ocean view. But when we got there, I realized it was taken from the very top floor and that there were actual buildings in front of the house. It didn’t look like that from the photos. Overall, we had a wonderful time thank you.

We were a group of 5 families and this property accommodated 13 of us very comfortably with each family having our own bathroom (plus a powder room near the kitchen). The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, dishes, pots and utensils. The view from the living room and the upstairs balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The accordion windows open up wide and you can hear the soothing waves. The management company was helpful but sometimes they got their properties a little confused. We called about the garage ahead of time, and they assured us there was no lift in the garage (“that’s another property”) but when we arrived, there was a lift in the garage! It does limit the space. A mid sized SUV and sedan would fit if you’re careful not to hit the poles... We were able to find additional parking on the street in front of the property (no parking Monday for sweeping) and everything was okay. Overall we thought the property was very clean, beds were comfortable, and having multiple bathrooms is a big plus. The only caveat is all the stairs you have to climb for the four levels. The cleaning crew seems to do an excellent job. Even the glass balcony borders were spotless. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony! We would love to stay again!
