We really enjoyed our stay! The property was right on the beach which was so convenient and made for ease in grabbing lunch or taking a sun break without it being a big hike back to the house. The deck was fantastic place to hang out and enjoy the air and sunrises. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with an assortment of pots, pans, glass baking dishes, cooking utensils, plates and glasses. There was not a crockpot or scissors so guests may want to bring thier own along as we did.As a host, James was communicative and helpful. On one night we had planned to grill out some seafood and steaks but found that the charcol grill had rusted through on the bottom. I let James know and the next morning another grill was delivered to the house. He was very attentive and responsive to our needs.The house was a little dated but you can see that some updates have been made and nothing was so serious that it impeded our fun or relaxation. When we were cooking and running laundry, the AC had a bit of an issue keeping up. We had brought some fans with us and that helped for air circulation. I'd recommend doing so. There also weren't typical dressers in the bedrooms. We only stayed a handful of nights so we just kept clothing in our suitcases and duffle bags. If you are one to want to unpack this might cause an issue for you. Since this is a duplex style home, you'll have another family next door and in the back bedrooms you can hear people from the other unit.
