Location right on the beach was perfect. House was starting to show signs of age, but still perfectly fine. Only issue was parking. Sand has blown over more than half of the driveway and difficult to get 3 vehicles parked.

TWO MINOR FOIBLES: 1 THE HOT WATER TANK COULD NOT KEEP UP WITH THE SHOWERS. 2. THE BACK BEDROOMS NEED FANS TO KEEP THE AIR CIRCULATING.

We stayed 4 nights and had the best view of the ocean. This home is directly on the beach! It is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and things to do for fun. This home could use some updating but overall I would stay again. Everything worked and water pressure was good. You do have to bring your own bedding and towels unless you pay the 250 to have them included with your stay. Also, you have to bring dishwasher soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. You get a welcome bag with travel size essentials only.
