On the Ground Floor of this fantastic vacation home, you'll find everything you need to have a fun time during your stay. Nice property but pricy. For 800/night you find linens laid out for you to make up your own bed. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 bath house. Wash dishes and put out the trash when you leave. A/C unit is undersized. Master bath (no where else) had hot water issues and the elevator didn’t work. But a beautiful view to wake up to.

Place was clean. Easy access to beach which was large, clean and quiet. Rooms were smaller than expected ,but did the job. Elevator was not in service and downstairs bathroom electric sockets did not work. Neither did the electrical sockets in the car port.

Place was very clean when we arrived. Lovely decor. Furniture and construction was beachy yet modern/updated. Plenty of space for family of 5 and dog. Right on the beach with private access (not very close to public access paths, so our area of beach was never crowded). Big deck is relaxing in the evenings. Great location in Kill Devil Hills makes it an easy drive to visit other OBX spots. Elevator (very basic) was handy for hauling luggage to top level. Outdoor shower has high and low showerheads and a hose, which was handy. Air conditioning worked great. If we come back to the area, would definitely rent this place again.

The photos and description did not show or indicate no central air. The box units were old,noisy,and every rain leaked inside around units getting floors wet. Would not rent again due to this.
