the place is missing a few things such as a chef knife, tissues , other kitchen supplies if you are a cook. not enough hangers and no dresser in 2nd bedroom. hot tub only 98. didnt cut it. a few thingss briken or didnt work.

Property was clean and well appointed. Safe neighborhood in a good location. A few easy fixes such as replacing the shower curtains and liners, and fixing the broken toilet roll holder in the 2nd bath would really propel the property into a five star rating

We visited Asheville with our kids and this was a great place to stay. House is about 10 min from town and in a new development with great views of surrounding mountains. It’s a peaceful and quiet development so was great for us to relax after a day of activities. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise and very enjoyable. Home was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Property is close to the Blue Ridge parkway and that was great as we took several drives to explore and enjoy the views. Great location, reasonable price and we would stay here again.

We love the area However, this house has not been a good fit for our extended stay.
For an extended stay, we need furniture that is functional, rather than decorative. The chairs in this house are hard and lack real cushions. The main couch has lost its comfort.
Water pressure is very low. The showers deliver a sprinkle of water. The tubs require 15 to 20 minutes to fill. The shower temperature continuously changes from burning hot to almost cold and then back to burning hot. There is no faucet setting for the water temperature that works.
The sheets for the king size bed do not fit. They are old, and stretched out. There are two fitted sheets provided for the king size bed. One of them is in such poor condition it does not stay on the mattress.
We did not report the above items to the property management.
The location is convenient for car travel. The neighborhood is safe. The house has plenty of space. The Wi-Fi works.
