The spacious screened-in patio is the highlight. Enjoy long-range mountain views without leaving your seat, sip evening wine as the sun sets, or relax after a day on the Blue Ridge Parkway. There's also a ping pong table for friendly competition and a Smart TV with sound system for cozy nights in.

QUIET POLICY
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
EXTENDED STAYS
Reservations of 30 nights or longer are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 nights require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid-stay cleaning fees, and trash pickup fees may apply depending on length of stay.
PAYMENTS
For reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before check-in. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• More than 31 days before arrival: Full refund, minus travel insurance premium if purchased.
• 14–31 days before arrival: Initial payment is forfeited.
• Within 14 days of arrival, early departure, or shortened stays: All rent payments are forfeited. Cleaning fees and applicable taxes will be refunded as required.
MILITARY DISCOUNT
A 5% discount is available for active duty military members and veterans with valid documentation. Please contact our Guest Experience Team for details.
LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require additional verification for the safety of our homeowners and guests. Required documentation includes:
• A clear photo of a government-issued ID
• A full-face selfie of the primary guest holding the ID (must match the reservation name)
• A photo showing the last four digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

We enjoyed and used every inch of this property from the front porch to the back patio. It was the perfect amount of room for my husband and I with our 2 daughters and son-in-law plus 2 dogs.
The house had everything we could have possibly needed and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. They really thought of everything when they furnished the house. We felt like we were in our own home.
The location is perfect! Easy access to Black Mountain, downtown Asheville with fun shopping and breweries, the Interstate and Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trail access.
If you are looking for a neat spot to grab a bite to eat close by we recommend The Local Joint. It’s only 2 miles away!
We watched these homes being built and were very happy to have had the chance to stay in one. We will definitely look to rent again on a return trip.

It was my second time staying at his location with my family, and once again, I cannot say how pleased I was with the booking process communication with the team. My overall stay was flawless. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the property, which are beautiful and comfortable. The location places you near all Asheville has to offer. I highly recommend Inspired Gateway to everyone.
