Please note, to reach this property, a 4x4 (four-wheel-drive) or AWD vehicle is required due to the steep gravel driveway. Additionally, large work trucks are strictly prohibited on the driveway. Please adhere to this policy to ensure the condition of the road is preserved for all guests. Step inside to discover a cozy, inviting living space where plush seating, warm wood finishes, and a charming wood-burning fireplace set the scene for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, invites you to whip up home-cooked meals. Located in a separate guest house, you’ll find Bedroom 4. This studio-style space features a queen-over-queen bunk bed with its own bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and stunning wrap-around balcony. The large windows here provide unmatched views of the surrounding forest and mountains, offering a tranquil experience just steps away from the main house. Bear-proof trash bins are available at the home. - The grill on-site is both propane and charcoal. AvantStay will replenish the propane supply as needed, but charcoal is not provided. - Please note, the Beehive on the property is empty and the electric fence is deactivated for guest safety. - The Polaris 4x4 side-by-side ATV is off-limits and not for guest use. Parking Details: - 4 parking spaces available. - A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required to access the home due to the steep, gravel driveway. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
