    We stayed at Haneda 5-Chome House for an overnight family trip, and it was incredibly convenient for our flight—only a quick 5 to 10-minute taxi ride to Haneda Airport. The house itself is excellent and very spacious for a group. It features three large bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a separate toilet and bath. They even provide extra beddings if you need them. However, we had major issues with communication beforehand. Both the email and phone number provided for the property were not working. I had to contact Agoda customer service multiple times just to get our check-in instructions. In the end, a helpful Agoda agent had to contact the hotel on our behalf to sort it out. Additionally, the door lock was quite confusing to open. Since we arrived at night, we felt a bit nervous standing outside for over 15 minutes trying to figure it out. The hosts definitely need to provide step-by-step instructions for the lock. Overall, it’s a wonderful physical space, but the management needs to fix their contact details and check-in clarity.
