    Hotel is great for airport layovers, or one night before early morning departures or late-night arrivals. Room rate is reasonable compare to airport hotels, functional comfort, and extreme convenience. Located just a 10-minute drive from Haneda Airport. There is a free-shuttle bus service from T3 to the hotel, however, bus departure times varies from 1 to 3 hours depending on the time of arrival at the terminal. I arrived late in the evening about 9 pm and the next shuttle bus to hotel is 2 hours wait. End up using uber-ride. Amenties is self-service in the main foyer of the hotel.
