    The hotel itself was impeccable. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. I also loved the cute airport-themed design throughout the property. Its location is fantastic—very close to Haneda Airport, and I specifically booked this hotel because it is directly connected to Zepp Haneda. It literally took only seconds to walk to the concert venue, which was incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, my stay coincided with the hotel's annual maintenance shutdown. I completely understand that scheduled maintenance is necessary, but what disappointed me was the lack of advance communication. When making my booking, I had already informed the hotel that I would be attending a concert on my checkout day before taking a night flight, so I would need luggage storage after checkout. Instead of notifying me before my arrival, they only informed me at check-in that luggage storage would not be available due to the closure. Had I known earlier, I could have planned accordingly or even considered alternative accommodation. What made the experience even more frustrating was the staff's recommendation. When I asked where I could store my luggage instead, I was only told to use Haneda Airport or the train station. However, I later found that Haneda Innovation City and Zepp Haneda both have convenient coin lockers nearby. I was surprised that the staff were not familiar with these nearby facilities, especially given the hotel's location and the number of concert-goers who stay there. Overall, the hotel itself deserves high praise, but the communication surrounding the annual closure and the lack of accurate local guidance significantly affected what would otherwise have been an excellent stay.

    I booked two rooms. Both rooms when I get in, it’s so hot (now around 31 degrees). I changed both rooms to same AC settings. One ok, the other one was so hot (like heat) whole night

    Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned and the overall hygiene standards were questionable. During my stay, I ended up with what appeared to be mite bites, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Cleanliness and housekeeping need significant improvement.
