About this house rental
Between land and sea, old farmhouse of the 18th century. Spacious 3-star cottage renovated and equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Bright and pleasant with all the comfort you need for your stay.
On the edge of a wood in a quiet cul-de-sac in the countryside with many hiking trails.
Close to all shops (Super U, bakery, newsagent, doctor etc...) 40 minutes from St Brieuc, 40 minutes from Carhaix (Finistère), 40 minutes from Pontivy (Morbihan) and 1 hour from the Emerald Coast.
Accommodation:
You have a fitted and equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 bathroom with shower of 1m20, WC, vanity unit and washing machine.
Large living room with its fireplace, 1 desk and a small library.
Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with double bed 140x190 with dresser, suitcase rack and fan.
2nd bedroom with 2 beds of 0m90, 1 dresser, 1 small wardrobe and 1 fan.
Also 1 toilet with toilet (grinder) and hand basin.
We provide sheets, towels and washcloths, soap, dish towels and hand towels and dishwashing liquid.
1 Breakfast kit for the first morning will be at your disposal with SENSEO capsules, tea, herbal tea, jam, salted butter and Breton pancakes.
Passenger access:
You can park just before the gate (which will be your individual entrance) or on the right of our gate.
Exchanges:
We operate on trust and respect, we like simplicity, sharing and exchanging on various subjects. Our house is on the same land as the cottage. We want to be present to welcome our guests, present the accommodation and answer any questions.
There is a small cabin with toys on the part of the cottage. Wood for the fireplace, sun loungers and barbecue are also at your disposal.

We have 2 dogs that are very nice to humans and 2 harmless cats.
