These 3 autonomous and semi-detached houses, lovingly prepared by an artist as generous as she is passionate, invite you to a timeless interlude. Here, everything reflects Anne-Claire's attachment to nature and her desire to make your stay memorable.
Located in the town of Saint-Connan, these cottages are 20 km south of Guingamp with all services, 17 km west of Quintin, a charming little town of character well stocked, and 40 km from the beaches.
Grocery store at 4 km.
Bourbriac, very well stocked at 10 km.
Neighbour of an inn.
Gîte 5, "Au Paradis des Grèbes" offers, in an idyllic setting, for a timeless break with a breathtaking view of the pond from your window, while the walking paths extend at your feet, ready to lead you to discover the wonders of Kreiz Breizh.
On the first floor, you will find:

The living room with open kitchen, equipped and equipped, opens onto the pond.
Sofa convertible into a large bed for 1 person or a small bed for 2.
On the 1st floor:
1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage.
1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds and storage
Bathroom with toilet.
Access to the communal courtyard and garden where you will find garden furniture to relax in and a barbecue shared with the other gîtes.
