Parking space at the entrance to the land, lawn areas and high-end barbecue-plancha shared with the gîte next door. Adjoining another gîte for 4 people (22G410705 - René). Owner at the end of the farmhouse. On the slopes of the Corlay river, 600 m from the castle and its walk around the pond, you benefit from both a strategic geographical location and a privileged environment. When we arrive in the courtyard of this old Breton farm, we quickly see the work that Maryannick had to do to achieve such an accomplished result. 2 perfectly decorated lodgings where the smallest piece of furniture or object has a story and a restoration, each with its own vast terrace-courtyard as we rarely come across, lawn areas, all on the edge of the town and fields with the Sainte Philomène fountain which will welcome you.
