About this chalet rental
NATURE LOVERS, this 35m2 chalet, modern, located at the foot of the beach and many activities, will offer you a stay in complete serenity!
In a very well maintained luxury residential park, a large terrace of 18m2 facing south will allow you to sit there with an unobstructed view. Access to the lake is by crossing the small road and the boat access ramp is 30m away. In summer, it moves; in winter, it looks like Little Canada.

The chalet is located in a small residential park where each chalet, with its plot, belongs to an owner. Some live on the premises year-round and others have chosen to share their accommodation by offering it for rent.
This area is therefore not a campsite per se.
Indeed, you will not find a swimming pool, nor catering, nor entertainment. Everything happens outside, within easy reach: 20m from the entrance, you have the lake with its beach, its restaurants, its mini-cruise boats, all the paddle rentals, pedal boats, water skiing etc.. etc... hiking circuit, mountain biking...

ACCOMMODATION - EQUIPMENT
†The wifi works like any campsite with a free wifi pass issued by the management of the estate
†BEDROOMS: 2 in number, with quality bedding
1 x 140 with large cupboards and wardrobe
2 x 80 with cupboard and wardrobe
You can also use the sofa bed
†KITCHEN: fully equipped. Oven, large fridge + freezer, 4 gas hobs, kettle, toaster, standard filter coffee maker.
†LIVING ROOM: TV by satellite channel decoder (subscribers, so you can bring your card to enjoy your options)- Bluetooth speaker, DVD player
†Bathroom: hair dryer, hair plate straightener.
†CHILDREN: many games, toys and books
†OTHERS: iron, vacuum cleaner, magazines and reading books
†HOUSEKEEPING:
I do not charge a cleaning fee. It will therefore be done by you when you leave. The cleanliness of a home is one of its major assets because you rate me, so I ask everyone to be respectful about it.
The chalet must be returned in perfect condition and will be checked after your departure. Photos or videos will be sent to me BEFORE any outing.

Linen not provided. Remember to bring your own sheets, towels, bathroom mats, kitchen towels, beach towels....
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.
ENTRY & DEPARTURE: without constraint! Within the allotted time slot, you arrive whenever you want thanks to a key box.
†From November to mid-April, possibility to rent at the monthly rate
†ALL COMMERCE at 5 kms
Restaurants on site and in Caurel at 1 kms
Bread from the Mur de Bretagne bakery in a vending machine in Caurel
†ACTIVITIES
Depending on the season, the lake offers a multitude of activities!! : canoe, kayak, paddle, pedal boat, mountain bike, quad, water skiing, ...
The Guerlédan boats offer mini-cruises aboard their boats, around the lake, in complete peace of mind. The bravest can venture on foot or by bike on the 40 km of circuits offered.
As for the fishermen, with their authorization card, this paradise will meet all their expectations (depository in Mur de Bretagne for the closest)
