Ideal for a relaxing holiday, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people on three levels, with well-distributed spaces to preserve the privacy and comfort of everyone.
- Garden level: living room and open kitchen with direct access to the terrace, the garden and the private heated swimming pool (4.50 x 2.20). Separate toilet available on the same level.
- 1st floor: 3 comfortable bedrooms:
1 bedroom with double bed (160x200)
1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200)

- 2nd floor: main entrance to the villa

The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, TV/WiFi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
The outdoor areas offer a peaceful setting to relax, soak up the sun or share a meal.
The heated swimming pool is accessible from mid-April to the end of June and from September to the end of October.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa and its exteriors during their stay. The entrance is from the upper level, offering a pleasant feeling of overlooking, then the villa unfolds harmoniously below on three levels, with several spaces to discover.
Please note: the presence of stairs makes the accommodation not very suitable for people with reduced mobility.
