Make the most of your stunning surroundings by playing garden games on the lawn, dining alfresco on the enclosed patio, or catching some sublime sunsets from the comfort of the first-floor balcony.
The pretty village of Mynytho is a haven for keen outdoor explorers; the surrounding undulating hillsides of the Llyn Peninsula offer some wonderful walks, including the famous Melin Foel (Jampot Hill). Those looking to answer the call of the sea can explore the gloriously golden sands of Abersoch Beach, Llanbedrog Beach or Porth Neigwl Beach, perfect for enthusiastic surfers, all reached within 3 miles. Pick up some fabulous local produce at the vibrant market town of Pwllheli 6.5 miles away, home to a marina and plenty of shops and restaurants or uncover hundreds of years of local history at Criccieth Castle 14.5 miles away.

- Smart TVs in lounge and snug/game room
- Enclosed, lawned gardens and patio to the side and rear with outdoor furniture, first-floor glass-fronted balcony at the rear with outdoor seating and BBQ
- Private parking for 4 cars
- Sleeps 7+2 – sofa in the snug/games room can convert to double bed on request
- Shop under 1 mile, pub and beach 2 miles
- ’The owners of the house have a static caravan at the top of the drive’
