About this house rental
As you enter this deceptively spacious house, you will feel comfortable and at home straight away. Ideally situated at the edge of Nefyn village on the beautiful Llyn peninsula, close to all amenities and just off a coastal footpath which leads directly onto Nefyn Beach or along the headland to the delights of Morfa Nefyn with its 26 hole golf course and the picturesque fishing hamlet of Porthdinllaen and the famous Ty Coch Inn. Recently extensively refurbished to a very high standard whilst retaining character features. Ancon comprises of: A well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker (with 4-burner gas hob, wok burner, and twin electric ovens), microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer; an adjoining dining room/sitting room; comfortable lounge with wood burning stove (starter kindling and logs provided), TV with NOW TV package, DVD player, and DVD library; separate Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drier; downstairs bathroom/bath/toilet; and two double bedrooms, one King-sized bed, one double bed. Upstairs, finds a second bathroom with shower, and a large bedroom with a double bed and a single day bed. Unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating throughout, available at £25 per week by prior arrangement. Within the landscaped and enclosed wrap-around grounds, there is a Games Shed (with table football and darts board), several seating/eating out areas with patio furniture, a charcoal barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Two well behaved dogs most welcome at £20 extra per dog. Cot and stair gate available. No linen or towels included- duvets and pillows for use, please bring own duvet covers, sheets and towels. Couples or short break discounts available off peak - please ask for details.

We had a fantastic week in Nefyn, the house was in the perfect location. Nefyn beach was beautiful and there are plenty of walks to nearby beaches and pubs. The house was lovely with everything we needed we would definitely come back.

Very clean and spacious accommodation, thoughtfully and attractively presented to make it feel welcoming from first walking through the door. Really well equipped and the younger members of the party really appreciated the games shed! Great location close to shops, beaches and restaurant and within easy reach of loads of places of interest. Great as a base for walking and cycling routes on the peninsula. As a bonus we even had fantastic weather. Highly recommended!

We all loved this house. It was such a lovely place, felt like a home not a holiday house. Very well furnished and comfortable. Accommodated our family of four plus dog easily with plenty of room to spare. The double glazing was very effective. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom and bathroom and especially the football table in the shed. Very beautiful peaceful beach nearby. We were in the sea within an hour of arriving and had a lovely walk on our first day where we saw seals. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again when returning to the area. Big thanks for having us.
