GORGEOUS SPACIOUS FAMILY HOUSE IN THE CENTRE OF ABERSOCH WITH BEACH HUT!

Fabulous weekend with extended family. Property is great for hosting with lots of space both inside and in the garden area. Parking for multiple vehicles and easy access to the beautiful beach and town area Weather has been fantastic.We love this house!

Gwynfa is a great property. Perfect for families. Its in a great location, close to the beach and shops/restaurants. This is now our 5th stay and have already booked our next visit. The hosts keep in contact with you and provide updates / reminders of check in / check out times etc.

A superbly decorated & extremely clean holiday accomodation with an abundance of home from home necessities. Ideally located for all that Abersoch has to offer.If ever this property ever gets to be available again, over the Easter period, we shall definitely like to return. Thank you so much to the Hosts for allowing us to create lovely family memories, within their holiday home. .

Great house for sharing a break with friends. Plenty of space and great outside seating area which we used a lot due to the lovely weather. Really close to lovely beach, harbour and shops and restaurants.

The house was amazing with everything you would need for a family of 8 & a small dog. The garden space had lots of areas to sit, relax & play. Location to the beach & Abersoch village made it ideal for everyone. It was a bit chilly on the first night but a quick call to the manager soon solved the issue and we were toasty warm in the cool evenings. We were totally spoilt with the weather - not a cloud in the sky every day of our long weekend - we’ve all come home with a ‘tan’. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the property, we wanted to suprise the kids by having a Christmas with our extended family. The house was perfect as usual, it was fully decoratedfor Christmas and included a Christmas tree, the little ones thought it was magical and could believe Santa knew where we were. House was clean and fully equipped with all the utensils and bits and bobs you would possibly need to make a big family dinner and have a comfortable stay, making it easy to spend time together as a group and also have a little alone time when needed. We went on lots of little walks around the town, the weather was misty but that didn't stop some of our party going in to the sea for a swim and wandering around taking in the views. We loved our special Christmas trip this year as we normally do an early year visit to the house and the kids were very sad when we didn't go earlier in the year. We love coming to this house, it's warm and cosy and comfortable, everything you need and in a perfect location,

What an amazing house! Perfect for a large family in terms of the space and layout and really well catered for. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s in a wonderful central location as well so easy access to everything. We would definitely book again soon.

The house was Amazing. So much room. The house is on a quiet road, but two minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the town. There is three living rooms and two of them with sky TV. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The dining area was a complete winner with my six year old Granddaughter. she loved sitting down with all the family to eat. The downstairs toilet came in very handy too. The garden has two patios, one with a full dining outdoor suite. Going down the garden to the Back fence there is a gate leading onto a narrow road. If you turn left and carry on down that road, you come down to the beach with beach hut for hire. We was lucky to spend the day on the beach with lovely weather. It was brilliant. No expense was spared and nothing was too much trouble with Amanda the caretaker. My whole family didn’t want to come home and my granddaughter cried. She called it the mansion and when would we be coming back?

The property is as described with plenty of rooms to accommodate our extended family across three generations. It is centrally located within easy walking distance of both the beach and the village centre. The house is very comfortable clean and well appointed.There is good parking for several vehicles. We really enjoyed out time there and would love to return again, even the weather was good!

I booked this property for a quiet (but fun) girls weekend away. The house was immaculate and well loved. It had everything and more we could have hoped for. The space is great for gathering as a group, and there are wee nooks if you want some quiet time. The girls have all said that they would definitely come again with their families... a sentiment I share too. Thank you so much!!!

House had everything we needed, just few niggles..... not enough cutlery for 12 people, only 1 teaspoon, few forks but plenty of knives and table spoons. Upstairs attic rooms got very cold in between heating being on. Contacted the caretaker who was very efficient. Found the table tennis table, bought our own bats and family lived the table tennis tournament we did. The aga was great for cooking and keeping kitchen toasty. All in all great stay, would recommend.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at Gwynfa. It really felt like a home from home; it was clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The house itself is beautiful, with plenty of space; it housed 8 adults, 1 teen, 3 children and a baby perfectly. The location is perfect and meant that aside from the odd car journey, we could park up and walk to everything easily; plenty of eateries, beaches and shops within a few minutes walk. Communication was fast and friendly. We are already looking at re-booking for next year and would happily return over and over again. Thank you Virginia for a perfect family getaway.

We returned again this year as the house is fantastic. This house is perfect for multiple families to spend time together. Great number of bedrooms and bathrooms and you never feel on top of one another. Abersoch is a lovely town and you can reach lots of places from here.

Stayed over the Christmas holiday, 9 adults and 2 kids, so much space to spread out and lots of bedrooms to accommodate our requirements. Excellent location with just a short walk to the town and beaches. We were very lucky and had great clear weather for most of our stay. Would love to stay in the summer to make use of the lovely garden. Owners had prepared it for Christmas with a beautiful tree in the hallway and lots of other little festive touches around the living spaces. All in all a very comfortable and cosy house, proper home from home, which provided a very special place for a family Christmas. Thanks Virginia!!

Had a fantastic recent stay in december at the property. It was our 3rd time staying at the house. Absolutly love the property, the location is great, check in really easy. House is always very clean and well equipped. The house is a great size to accomodate our family. Hope to return many more times to add to our great experiences here.

What a fantastic house! Spacious and comfortable in a perfect location within a short walk of both the beach and village. We loved our stay. . .

Stayed in this huge property with numerous rooms/beds. Was perfect for my stay whilst competing in The Roc triathlon. The beach was a couple of mins walk away and wow what a great beach it is! House is clean and tidy, we had a slight issue with no hot water which had been turned off but a few text messages later and was all sorted. Overall perfect stay and would definitely stay again if ever back in that area.

We stayed here for 6 nights, a combination of our adult sons, close friends and a young grand daughter. The house is spacious with lots of bedrooms/beds, plenty of lounge space and outside seating in a lovely garden ( and an aga in the kitchen), The weather was sunny all week but if it had been wet we could have moved the evening socialising inside easily. 200 m from the main pub in Abersoch etc. Good value for this lovely place to stay as a group so don’t book before we have for next year!!

The photos don’t do the house justice, it was a great size with enough rooms for young and old and old to have their own space. The house is well decorated and furnished and the location was perfect close to both the town and the beach. We had a wonderful time both in the sun and rain and would return in a heartbeat.

We have had the loveliest weekend in Abersoch, after coming last year with a friends family we booked for a long weekend and we have had the best time. The house is in the most perfect location, two minutes from the village and the beach. It is big enough to comfortably fit a very big family (7 adults and 4 children) and you never feel like you are under each others feet. The check in and out process is super easy and when we got there a lovely bottle of wine had been left, as well as essentials (washing up liquid/toilet roll etc). Thanks to the sunshine we spent most of our time in the huge garden in the two big seating areas, playing on the ping pong table and having bbqs. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away, as well as the closest pub and shop. There is absolutely nothing to complain about and hopefully we will be back very soon! An absolute little gem in the middle of Abersoch!

Fabulous stay for the family, perfect location, great pubs and shops. This was our 2nd stay and we will be booking again for next year.
