The villa has two floors, on the first floor it has a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a full bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all its appliances, the living room with TV and fireplace, and direct access to the pool and barbecue area.
The house has an exterior garage with space for 2 cars.
On the upper floor, which is accessed via stairs, there are 4 rooms, all with double beds, two of them with access to the terrace with views of the pool and the sea. On the upper floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have a fan, 2 of the rooms have their own air conditioning, and in the hallway of the upper floor, there is a split-type air conditioning that indirectly supplies the other 2 rooms, and on the lower floor, where the living room and kitchen are located, there is also 1 air conditioning unit.
