A beautiful luxury 2-floor Villa in the heart of Costa del Sol with an extraordinary view over the sea. This private villa is located in a calm exclusive district of Benalmadena (Torremuelle). It is presented in wonderful condition throughout and offers attractive living space for a family or a group of friends. Maximum number of guests 15.

Ideal place for family or friends reunions, birthdays. Just in the middle between Benalmadena and Fuengirola. The close proximity to the golf course "Golf Torrequebrada" makes our Villa perfect as the base and retreat for golf enthusiasts.

The overall rating is 3 that's because we got 3 letters pushed under the security gate by a neighbour telling us to keep our 6 & 7 year old girls quite from 1till 4 everyday ?? But it was fine to hear the Spanish kids and other villa's making more noise than us ? We would never have booked this property if we had known this was going to happen and it spoiled the hole experience of what is a lovely villa. Dorothy mentioned it on arrival but we thought excess noise and party's not 2 little girls playing in the pool ? As a family we all fell out with each other because no one knew what on earth this neighbour was trying to do and it spoilt our holiday, If they dont want kids playing say it in the advert for the property not say on arrival ? We have video evidence of others shouting and screaming all hours of the day which we have passed on to the owner ? The neighbour who was kicking the security gate and pushing letters under is clearly a nut case very sad human being not wanting children to play on their holiday :((((

We had a fantastic stay here. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of three families—we never felt like we were on top of each other. The two kitchens were very handy, and there were more than enough bathrooms for everyone.The outdoor area was the real highlight. The pool was amazing with plenty of sunbeds, and the kids spent most of their time in it. The BBQ area and ping pong table were great additions, and while we didn’t use the hot tub much, it was a lovely bonus to have.We also really enjoyed the surrounding area. Matilda’s Café, just a short stroll away, became a firm favourite for brunch, pastries, and coffee. There are also a couple of good local restaurants (Italian and Spanish) and a small supermarket nearby for essentials.Most evenings, we took the bus into Benalmádena for dinner—highly recommend the restaurants around the marina. We also had a great day out at Carvajal Beach, which is just one stop away on the train.We wouldn’t hesitate to go back. A brilliant villa in a great location!

We spent a week at this lovely villa at the end of August 2024. A large family holiday with 8 adults and 4 children between 7 and 13. The villa is beautiful with excellent facilities. The table tennis and pool tables were particularly well used, as were the BBQ and above all else, the pool. The villa is very quiet and secure and the outside space is fabulous. The inside is also great with very efficient air-conditioning. There are two good restaurants within 5 minutes and a basic supermarket. The Mercadano Supermarket will provide everything you need and is a 20-minute walk or a 6-euro taxi ride away. The railway station is 5 minutes up the hill with excellent connections to Fuengirola and Malaga. Adam looked after us very well. Timely, efficient, and sociable with excellent English. We used Solihop for transfers and Event Nautica in Fuengirola for a boat trip. Both excellent also. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week in the villa as a family of 14 with our children and grandchildren and it was perfect. The pool and surrounding area is big enough for large numbers with sunbeds and is well maintained. There are also the pool table, table football game and table tennis to keep all ages entertained. We used the barbeque on a number of occasions which is large and also well equipped. There is a main kitchen that is very well equipped as well as a smaller kitchen to allow flexibility if required. The bedrooms and lounge are bright and comfortable. Adam was the perfect host, spending time to show us around and explain the facilities and was happy to answer questions and give advice on things to do. There are a few bars and restaurants near the villa but we tended to travel to the main area of Benalmadena by bus and taxi (buses are quite regular from close to the villa and taxis cost around £10 per journey) for more choice. The best comment I can make is that we all enjoyed our stay, would stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

The Villa is exactly as stated only better, it’s fabulous. No details have been overlooked, clean , top quality furnishings . Hosts were brilliant, cannot complain about anything . Would love to come back

8 adults and 4 children this villa has it all, plenty of space for everyone, entertainment system is brilliant for those who want TV. Pool area is brilliant and very well kept with pool services twice a week. The hot tub is very clean and well located although we did not use it because the weather was so hot. Grounds are well kept with gardening services once a week. The upper kitchen is limited to what can be cooked / stored due to its size however the ground floor kitchen has more than enough of everything needed. The out door kitchen / bbq area is great but could do with a fridge for drinks to save going indoors when wet to get drinks. Access is very easy from Malaga Airport by train with the train at Torremuelle station only 7mins walk. ( down hill going but up hill on the return). A handy shop and a couple of restaurants and a bar about 5 mins walk from the villa. The hosts Adam and Dorothy are spot on and will help you in anyway they can. Top Villa with top hosts. Definitely recommended.

We had a large family holiday, the villa had enough room for all 12 of us and we never felt cramped. The small kitchen on the1st floor was perfect for our daughter and the baby. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were used daily. The villa is well equiped and the local area and amenties are right on the door step.

There were 11 people (5 couples +1). We stayed for 9 days. The house had a lot space, games, kitchen equipment, enough beds, bathrooms, etc. it was clean and spacious. Communications with host was quick and great. We did have an issue with hot water and took some time to fix. However, Adam refunded the cost of the first 2 days. We had a great time. Did not get a chance to use the pool due to the weather!

There were twelve of us staying 8 adults and 4, 11-12 year old children. The Villa was as described on the website and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The facilities are great, it is lovely and private and very secure. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. There is a large double barbecue area and lots of outside tables and seating The location is quite and slightly secluded its not a busy tourist destination. There is a good restaurant a café and a Pizza restaurant within a 5 min walk as well as a small well stocked supermarket. The nearest beach is about a 12 minute walk. The train station is less than 10 minutes away but up quite a steep hill. The trains run every 20 min up and down the cost so you can get to any of the nearby resorts very easily and trains run direct from the airport and take about 25min. Adam checked us in quickly and was available if we needed him. We had a lovely time and everyone was very happy with the bedrooms and the whole villa. We would happily stay again.

Been back home a week after a great stay. Upon arriving early we were able to leave our luggage until the villa was ready, we then found a local watering hole just a short walk away. There were 11 of us in our party and plenty of space in the villa, although the outside space was amazing which is where we spent most of our time when there. Adam was easy to communicate with on the run up to our stay and also whilst there. Would highly recommend staying here, thankyou Adam and Dorothy

Just returned after a week with 13 of us. It was amazing! The hosts were lovely and easy to contact. One of the hottest weather weeks ive ever experienced so the excellent aircon provided much relief. One unit wasn't working properly but Adam was very easy to contact and it was repaired very quickly. Thanks The 5 teenage boys with us had the best time in the pool and on the pool table. Plenty of kitchen supplies (cutlery etc) so no shortage for any meals. The BBQ area was excellent and so much easier for feeding the masses. Great location, we used both bus and train and Uber when too hot. Would go back and do the same week all over in an instant! Thank you so much

This villa was just as pictured and Dorothy and Adam were so helpful before arrival and during the stay! Dorothy met us on arrival and on departure. We had 17 people staying and it felt so spacious it was great. Everyone was happy with their beds and comfort and it was an all round great property, people are looking to come back with their family! Plentiful of taxis as well but lovely restaurants and shops that are local down the hill - would definitely recommend! :)

Great place to stay for a large family holiday or with a couple of families. Villa clean and has anything available for mixed age groups (pool table, table tennis, table football and pool inflatables). Hosts Adam and Dorthey were very helpful and accommodating to our needs and helpful with local information. Villa in a good position to use the train service. Reasonable local supermarket a 10 minute walk with a larger supermarket half hour walk away. Would recommend a vist to this villa.

This property is exactly like the photos. The entire location, set up and cleanliness is first class. The hosts Adam and Dorothy are super communicative and lovely and there for everything you need. I cannot fault one aspect of this booking from initial questions to payments to the place itself and even Adam being there in less than 5 minutes when we had managed to lock ourselves out! Thank you both for everything, I would 100% come back as would all the ladies on the trip. Is stunning and the sun lasts almost all day round the pool, just perfect!
