    We were so lucky to book Z Garden Hotel, it truly had everything we were looking for during our stay in El Nido town! The hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The rooms are equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay: a super cozy bed, plush pillows, a warm comforter, a mini fridge with complimentary bottled water, and high-quality amenities including a great water heater and a high-class hair dryer. The toilet and bathroom were exceptionally clean! We also really appreciated the filtered water dispenser on every floor, it was clean and potable, and we had zero stomach issues during our entire stay. What made our experience truly special, though, was the incredible hospitality. They even arranged a sweet birthday greeting in our room on the second day while we were out exploring and having our room made up, it was such a thoughtful surprise! ❤️ The staff members are so welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. Special shoutout to Elvie, Pau, and the lovely Ate who helped carry our heavy luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and kept our room spotless. We were also greeted by their friendly resident dog, Tabs, and had great service from their driver, Edmund. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back!

    Staff here was so amazing especially the male front office. He was very friendly and helpful. He made our stay in El Nido so pleasant. The location of the place is perfect as it is walkable anywhere...

    The garden view rooms are like an aquarium inside a wall. You don’t see natural light. The soundproofing is bad. I did not know why they had earplugs in the room. Because the whole hotel is one big echo. Very bad. It has great shower, smeg coffee boiler, dyson hair drier… but the basis for what you get a hotel rest is bad.
