About this apartment rental
Enjoy your vacation at our idyllically situated old farmhouse on Rügen, surrounded by nature and far away from the stress and noise of the city! Enjoy the wonderful tranquility—whether with a good book on the sunny balcony or in the evening with a glass of wine, listening to the gentle splashing of the fountain in the background. The farm is situated in a secluded location at the end of a residential street, right on the Baltic Sea coast with a view of the lighthouses at Cape Arkona, set in a large garden filled with flowering plants and fruit trees.
The Accommodation
The single-story “Svantevit” vacation apartments, at 48 square meters, are ideal for a couple’s getaway, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings right outside your patio door or in the garden. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable double bed with twin mattresses or two single beds. A kitchen or kitchenette makes it easy to prepare your own meals.
You are welcome to book towels (1 large & 2 small towels) and bedding (duvet cover and sheets) as an add-on or bring your own. The cost for these items is not included in the rates listed here. Please let us know if you’d like to book bed linens and towels separately from us.
We have additional apartments of various sizes on the farm, which you can also find here. The farm itself has a large garden that you’re welcome to use. We have a barbecue area there and, of course, patio furniture. For the little ones, there’s a large playground with a slide, seesaw, swing set, sandbox, and trampoline. Next door, there’s a soccer goal for a quick game, as well as a volleyball net and a basketball hoop.
Guest Access
In addition to the apartment, you can use the entire huge garden surrounding the buildings. And simply enjoy your time in nature. If you’re in the mood for a little pampering, you have the option to rent our sauna privately for yourself. Please simply contact our property management.
Additional important information
The vacation rental is equipped with a basic supply of toilet paper, 3 dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish towels, and cleaning rags.
The municipality of Putgarten charges a tourist tax:
High season (May 1 through September 30 of the current year) standard rate: €1.50 / reduced: €1.00
Off-season (October 1 through April 30 of the current year): standard: €1.00 / reduced: €0.50
This fee is charged in addition to the rental price.
