Your modern vacation apartment is located in the Bella Casa apartment building. While your vehicle is parked in a secure spot in the underground garage, you can safely store any bicycles you’ve brought with you in a lockable storage room belonging to the apartment, located across from the underground parking space.
You can reach the first-floor apartment either via a short walk up an outdoor staircase, through the underground parking garage via an indoor staircase, or conveniently by elevator.
When you open the Roman shade in the bedroom in the morning, you’re often greeted by the sun and always by the sparkling sea.
The island of Rügen is one of the sunniest regions in Germany. Inside the apartment, the light-filled living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony face south. On the balcony, you can enjoy meals with a view of the sea, simply listen to the surf, breathe in the fresh sea air, read a good book, or sunbathe.
In midsummer, a parasol and sliding shutters on the south-facing windows provide pleasant shade as desired.
A walk along the fine-sand natural beach in Juliusruh has its own charm in any weather and at any time of year; it’s only about 80 meters from your accommodation. Your vacation destination is the perfect starting point for excursions to Cape Arkona, the Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs, a boat trip to the island of Hiddensee, or the Störtebeker Festival.
About 2 km away in Altenkirchen, you’ll find a Netto, the “Stolz” department store, an Edeka, and a beverage store. Restaurants and bike rentals are nearby.
