Very renovated three-room apartment in a quiet street a few steps from the Central Station, furnished with great taste by an architect. A real “place to be” to experience Milan day and night in the most intense way.
In a strategic position, convenient, livable and comfortable. The apartment is located a few steps (2 minutes on foot) from the Central Station, next to Piazza della Repubblica. The area is well served by public transport. The atmosphere is sparkling and dynamic, to experience the real center of Milan with all the comforts.
The very bright apartment is located in a 1930s building. Second floor with double exposure with lift in the delightful courtyard/internal garden (elevator with a stop on the middle floor). This is a nice three-room apartment with rationally divided spaces to ensure privacy for guests: living room with fully equipped open kitchen overlooking a delightful furnished and planted balcony, double bed area consisting of a double bedroom or twin bedroom, bathroom with window with shower and second bathroom with small tub. To the right of the entrance we find a single bedroom with internal exposure, all just renovated with quality materials, parquet floors throughout the house and air conditioning. Always at the entrance, a wardrobe that contains service equipment and a washing machine column + clothes drying rack, perfectly camouflaged up/down.
