Set off to explore Newlyn Fishing Port (3 miles), a major Cornish harbour that’s renowned for its bustling fish market. Newlyn also has some great art galleries, which showcase the town's strong maritime and artistic heritage. Alternatively, pack up a picnic and head off to Porthcurno Beach (9 miles), which is celebrated for its fine, white sands and clear turquoise waters.

- Please note: The long, narrow, gravel farm track leading to the property is unsuitable for low-suspension or wide cars

- 2 bathrooms − 1 with shower over bath and WC, 1 en-suite bathroom with WC, 1 separate ground floor WC
- Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher
- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Welcome pack
- Highchair and travel cot available on request
- Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied between October and Easter only). Hearth guard available on request.
- Hearth Guard for wood burner available and constructed by housekeeper on request
- Smart TV in the lounge
- Enclosed, private garden with granite seating and an enclosed paddock beyond (please note that this is enclosed by a barbed wire fence to separate the paddock from the neighbouring cattle)
- Private driveway parking for 2 cars
- Please note that EV charging is not permitted at this property
