Outstanding place to stay. Absolutely gorgeous home and unbeatable views. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Very comfortable bedrooms. Bathrooms with heated floors and towel racks. If I could rate it higher than 10 out of 10, I would.

This property in Newlyn, just along the Promenade from Penzance, is all it says it is and so much more. On arrival, we were immediately stunned. The descriptions and photos do not fully capture how wonderful and well located this property is. With views over the bay, we watched the fishermen come and go, and we were able to treat ourselves to the local catch a couple of times. And what a great base from which to explore western Cornwall. Hope we can stay again!

We loved our stay in Newlyn. The flat was comfortable, beautifully appointed, well stocked, and an easy walk to anything we needed in the village. We loved having breakfast and seeing seals playing in the sea below. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that the decor and furniture felt like a real home with its artistic decorating touches and warmth rather than your typical rented vacation home. We hope to return again one day!

The location of the house is wonderful. Close to good restaurants in Newlyn, easy walk to Penzance, and a good home base for Cornwall. It was a great house for our family of four. The one negative was we did not have working wifi the entire stay which made looking up restaurants and activities very difficult.

What looks unassuming from outside is a fantastic flat, amazing views and stunning decor. Location is great and close to some great cafes and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.
