For those hoping to holiday as two couples, there is a neighbouring property also available to rent, alongside shared on-site facilities, including a lounge/diner and a large, shared garden with patio furniture, a BBQ, and a fire pit. Whether you’re up for socialising or keen to relax as a pair, you’ll find unrivalled comfort and endless cosiness awaiting you at the end of each action-packed day.
Step inside this historic stone cottage and feel instantly at home. The bijou space is cosy and compact yet offers enough room for two to spread out. The lounge/diner greets you with a comfortable sofa, a wood burner, and a Smart TV, while a few steps up lead to a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for easy dining. Next door to the lounge, a king-size bedroom boasts soft linens and an inviting mattress, along with breathtaking views that greet you each morning. The en-suite shower room is easily accessed from here. In addition to the shared outdoor space, the property boasts a small, private patio directly outside, furnished with seating and a BBQ for your sole use. There’s private parking for one car, with additional parking by prior arrangement.
Having admired Coverdale from the comfort of home, lace up your walking boots or hop on your bike to explore it a little further. The handsome valley stretches around the River Cover (1.5 miles), with fields of heather and towering peaks scattered throughout, just waiting to be discovered. End your adventure in the small community of Carlton (2 miles), home to a country pub. A larger town with more amenities, great walks, and a regular market can be found in Leyburn, around 8 miles away.
