A private corner condo at Gatlinburg Chateau, set on the hillside just above downtown — close enough to walk to the Parkway, high enough to escape the noise, traffic, and parking hassle when you want to.
Most Gatlinburg stays force a tradeoff: be downtown and deal with the crowds, or be far enough out that you're driving every time you leave. Unit 301 sits in the rare middle. Guests tell us the same thing over and over — conveniently close to the strip, but far enough away that you don't hear it at night.
WHAT MAKES UNIT 301 DIFFERENT
CORNER UNIT, OVERSIZED BALCONY — Larger and more open than most balconies in the building, with a direct view of downtown Gatlinburg, the strip, the Space Needle, and the surrounding Smokies. It's the thing guests remember most: breakfast and coffee out here in the morning, city lights at night.
TWO ENSUITE BEDROOMS — Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. It's why this condo works so well for a family of four or two couples traveling together — everyone gets a door that closes and a bathroom nobody's waiting on at 7am.
WALKABLE TO THE PARKWAY — Skip the parking deck fees and the bumper-to-bumper drive. Restaurants, shops, Anakeesta, Ripley's Aquarium, and the Space Needle are all within walking distance. Guests routinely leave the car parked the entire stay and save real money doing it.
GAS FIREPLACE + COMFORTABLE LIVING AREA — Open layout with a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a dining table for shared meals or a quiet glass of wine.

We'd rather you know now than be surprised at check-in.
• NO WASHER OR DRYER. There is no in-unit laundry at Unit 301. If you'll need to do laundry mid-trip, plan on a nearby laundromat.
• THE WALK BACK UP IS STEEP. Getting down to the Parkway is easy. The return is a genuine uphill climb — short, but steep. If anyone in your group has mobility or breathing limitations, plan to drive back up rather than walk it.
• The driveway into the complex is likewise steep, though paved and manageable for most vehicles in normal conditions.
• Comfortable, not brand-new. The condo is clean and well cared for, but the finishes are classic rather than freshly renovated. If a modern designer build is what you're after, this isn't that condo.
• Unit 301 is on the third floor, and the building has an elevator.
• Parking is on-site within the complex and a parking pass is left for you.
• Sleeps 4. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
