* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for homes in the area)

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
Guests violating either of these rules will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

The place is a little dated however it’s convenient to Gatlinburg is was totally clean. It was perfect for what we were looking for for a weekend getaway. Everything worked out really well. Once you figure out the door lock everything’s good we enjoyed our stay.

Host was helpful and friendly. View is great. The balcony is very large. Would be nice if there were more than one chair out there. Party of 4....with 1 chair. Supplies and toiletries are provided adequately. Condo itself could use some upgrades. It's adequate but a little stuck in the early 90s, decor-wise. Large furniture pieces are making the small living area feel even smaller and more cramped. The entry table is too large for that space. The couch has tape holding together ripped fabric. But it sits well. A few simple cosmetic changes could really make a difference.One of the headboards is loose from the frame causing the mattress to shift during the night. All beds are very hard to the point that a member of our group has to sleep in the living room recliner . Never found the washer dryer but we didnt really need to use it. I may have misunderstood there being one. Would be very helpful if rubber mats were availabile for the tubs. We had some issues with the entire facility (not the unit itself) in the fact that, while they advertise they have an elevator, they do not advertise that you have to climb a flight of steps and bring your luggage up those steps to even get to the landing where the elevator is. There are no ramps for strollers or wheelchairs. Renters with any form of mobility issue should be aware of that.Also, we weren't aware of the parking issue. Be prepared to either climb 4 flights of stairs or walk a winding steep drive.
