* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Guests violating either of these rules will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

Room was great, had a fireplace issue but not a deal breaker. Advertised as “new” but newly remodelled. Great location to walk to Gatlinburg. Parking is a little wonky, but don’t let that persuade you. We would stay there again for sure.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was clean and plenty of space for all of us. Our only issue was we couldn’t find extra blankets for the pull out couch but there were sheets in one of the closets and then we used our own blankets we brought for the car ride so it worked out fine!

Property was located 10 minutes from Jason Aldean’s which was great. We were able to easily walk the entire main drag of Gatlinburg. Property was exactly as expected and clean.

Overall, the experience was decent. However, there was an ongoing issue with the heating in the master bedroom, which did not provide adequate warmth—especially during the winter months. I reached out to the property manager about this concern, but it was never addressed. As a result, I had to spend my own money to purchase a space heater in order to maintain proper heat. Additionally, parking in the condo lot is very tight and can be challenging.
