* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.

Guests violating either of these rules will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

We enjoyed the location and loved having a balcony. Other reviews made comments about the linens and pillows not being the best, and we would agree. If you are sensitive to light and/or noise, bring a sleep mask/ear plugs, and you will be just fine. Also, you get an email about getting small amount of toilet paper, and they meant it (also mentioned in other reviews). We had a great time and this place worked out perfectly for what we needed!The signs about bears are no joke - we watched one from our balcony as he went from hotel to hotel checking vehicles and dumpsters (the bear was not interested in people). Nothing scary, just a reminder to be aware and lock your vehicle doors.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The descriptions and pictures aptly depicted the condo. The condo is walkable to downtown which we liked. This property is on a hill and you have to walk a short distance on the road to use the baby stroller as that area has no side walk. A stairwell leads to the side walk for someone walking. That was the only problem we encountered during our stay.

Great location. Host was very helpful. We had trouble locating an item and the host had it delivered it was waiting for us when we came back from lunch. Everything was clean. We traveled with 5 adults and 1 preteen and enjoyed our stay so much. We cooked daily. Felt very safe the entire stay.

Overall, the experience was decent. However, there was an ongoing issue with the heating in the master bedroom, which did not provide adequate warmth—especially during the winter months. I reached out to the property manager about this concern, but it was never addressed. As a result, I had to spend my own money to purchase a space heater in order to maintain proper heat. Additionally, parking in the condo lot is very tight and can be challenging.
