Step inside and take a seat on the bench, where you can remove your boots and shoes and hang up your coats. From here, walk into the cleverly designed open-plan living area where fresh and contemporary interiors exude a calming ambience. Settle down in the cosy snug and catch up on your favourite programmes on the wall-mounted Smart TV while the designated chef flexes their culinary skills in the spacious kitchen. The sizable breakfast bar is the perfect place to convene for your morning coffee. For your entertainment, there is a full-sized pool table in the centre of the space. In the evening, retire to the double bedroom with striking feature panelling and a shower room with a double walk-in shower and WC.
The property benefits from bi-fold doors that open onto an enclosed paved garden. Go for a splash in the hot tub or relax on the sun loungers. The front garden is laid to lawn and also fenced. There is off-road parking for two cars.
