• No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.
• Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately and leave it tidy upon departure.
• Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.

We travel with our dogs and this was the perfect spot with the dog beach 200m from the house and Town Centre was so close we walked everywhere, very relaxing...

Superb location, short stroll to the beach (nice to go to sleep with the sound of the waves), very close to the pub, restaurants and cafes 50 mts to the Sports Club. Clean and comfortable with a big outdoor area at the back of the property. Well equipped kitchen, the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because hasn't got an oven and the microwave is on top of the fridge, I am 1.76 height and just reach it. Easy check in and out and excellent communication. It has all you need to enjoy a holiday.
