Location, parking fantastic. everything walking distance. Hardly drove anywhere for food, recreation and a great village feel with accommodation right in the middle.
Unfortunately, some hot days during our stay and no aircon at premises so relied on fans, cold showers and outside sea breeze to cool down, sort of. We understand building will likely be redeveloped in time so this may be an expense to owners however can be a bit uncomfortable on warmer days.

The location is outstanding. Across the road is Lennox Head Beach. Out the front door are restaurants, cafes, groceries and anything else you could need. The house was so clean and chic inside. Even though you are in the hub of Lennox at night it is so quiet and you fall asleep to the sound of the waves!! Brilliant.
The lack of air conditioning was a bit of an issue. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms but not in the lounge or dining room. The laundry is great but it would have been wonderful to have a dryer. Some portable fans might be useful. The addition of a simple outdoor shower would be very handy.
