The location was fantastic and it was nicely furnished.
The communication was poor, there was only automated messages coming through, I was trying to contact the property on multiple platforms.
I tried to communicate with them through booking.com messaging and just got auto replies about the check in and check out info each time.
I then tried the email address provided and again did not get a response, so I tried to contact Helen on the mobile number provided with a phone call and a text and still no response. This was disappointing. We also booked for 3 adults which meant we needed the advertised sofa bed and this was not made up and there was no extra bedding available for it, we had to take the top sheet off the queen bed in the bedroom for bedding, and there were only 2 bath towels provided, despite being booked for 3 adults.
