About this cottage rental
This beautifully presented cottage is set in the peaceful village of Aylmerton, ideally located close to Cromer with its wide range of amenities and within easy reach of Felbrigg Hall, the local National Trust estate. No. 1 The Cottages offers a welcoming retreat for escaping the routines of daily life, as well as a great base for exploring this lovely corner of North Norfolk.
On entering the cottage you will find a ground floor featuring an attractive open‑plan living space, including a well‑equipped kitchen overlooking the enclosed courtyard garden. The room flows naturally into a cosy sitting area with a wood burning stove and characterful local artworks, while a dedicated dining area sits comfortably between the two. You will find the modern shower room, with its generous walk-in shower, on this floor too.
Upstairs, reached via steep cottage-style stairs in keeping with the property's age, are two comfortable bedrooms: a king‑size room and a twin, both thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Outside, the secure and tranquil courtyard garden provides a peaceful spot to relax, dine outdoors, or enjoy a morning coffee. It is also exceptionally dog‑friendly, offering a safe and fully enclosed space for four‑legged guests.
