Yee-haw! Welcome to the ✪ Armadillo Rodeo ✪ Playful western decor + comfort and amenities = a rootin' tootin' good time! Centrally located, this fully-stocked, ultra-cozy home is only 1/2 mile (3 minute drive) from the Magnolia Silos, and 1 mile (4 minute drive) to Baylor and downtown Waco! This newly built 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has wild west vibes and lots of space! Each bedroom has its own 65" smart TV, and 2 bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms!
Bedrooms:
All 4 bedrooms have comfy queen-size memory foam mattresses with hypoallergenic casings, and 65” flat-screen smart TVs. 2 bedrooms have private, en-suite bathrooms.
Bathrooms: All 3 bathrooms feature beautifully custom-tiled walk-in showers, complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. 2 hair dryers are provided.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked for baking and cooking. The coffee bar has a Keurig plus pods, creamers and syrups.
Dining: Seating for 8 at the large dining table.
Living: Comfy sectional plus 2 chairs and a 75” smart TV.
Patio: Plenty of seating for hanging out or dining, ping-pong table and cornhole as well!
