Modern Farm House Blocks from the Silos

Great location. House was perfect for 2 families enjoying Baylor Homecoming weekend.

The location is incredible, within a short drive of the zoo, Silos, restaurants, the Dr. Pepper Museum, & many other attractions. The main space was great for the entire family to gather & the kids to play. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. The kitchen was very well equipped. If you have a question or need the host was very responsive. The price is very reasonable for the location and amenities; we would definitely stay here again.

The house is not far from the activities downtown. I wouldn't walk to everything, but I guess people could. The house had plenty of room for everyone and 3 bathrooms was great! Parking was on the side street which wasn't a big issue. We had a great weekend! street which wasnt a

I’m going to preface my review with the fact that we stayed during Baylor graduation weekend and prices everywhere were inflated significantly. We paid over 1400 /night for this stay and if we would’ve paid what I’m assuming were “regular prices” I wouldn’t be as particular but the price was crazy. The home itself is beautiful on the inside and cutely decorated. But the home needs some heavy TLC, we had broken dinning room chairs that we didn’t know about till we sat in and the chair collapsed, one of the queen beds caves in bad causing the people to roll to the middle which makes it very challenging to sleep, most upholstered furniture had stains all over it, bathroom tiles are all loose, kitchen (to include counters, fridge, cabinets, dishwasher) and floors really were not clean and we had dozens of live and dead flies all over the home (this may be inevitable but still the dead ones could’ve been cleaned up). The neighborhood had some sketchy people walking around at night and the kids were persistent to wanting to play outside and we had to tell them no. Lastly we also ran into the issue of not enough towels like previously mentioned in reviews BUT they have two sets of washers and dryers which was nice. The location in regards to proximity to campus and stores was great and everything for us was within a 10 min drive. The owner was also readily available to speak with and was very communicative.
