Cute Country Home Minutes From Magnolia & Baylor

The house is great, the rooms are large and the decor is lovely. As others said the house is fully stocked and was a nice escape. The house is quiet, the beds are nice, everything was clean. The only downside is the gas station next door and RV sales across the street so makes playing outside a little less appealing but we felt very safe and would visit again!

Great home for staying in during our rainy stay there after watching Baylor beat Tech.

We stayed here for 1 night and it supplied all our needs and more. Great house for 6 guys and we had a blast. Pretty quiet considering right off of highway. Pretty close to downtown Waco. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with attentive hosts Jon and Jessica! It was comfortably furnished. The owners were helpful with everything requested. The location was out of the city area but only a few minutes to get to the conveniences of Waco. We would definitely stay there again if we had the opportunity :-)

We rented this space to have a small gathering for my daughter’s 13th birthday. We had 4 teen/preteens and 2 adults. Pros: •The home is beautiful •Well stocked with towels, blankets, soaps, anything you could need. •The beds, pillows and bedding were amazing! So comfortable! We all slept so well. •The room with the bunk beds was perfect for the girls. They loved being able to stay in the same room and all have their own bed to sleep in. Cons: •The location of the home is further out from town than described. •The home is located about 20 yards from a very busy highway and is next to a truck stop surrounded by industrial businesses. •The backyard was large as advertised but the fence was not fully closed in as it was severely damaged and old. Due to the location and lack of security in the fence we could not play the outdoor games we had planned to play. Overall the back yard seemed more of a hazard than anything so we fully avoided it. •The grass had not been mowed. •No window treatments in the kitchen or living room which we did not like in the evening due to the location. •Communication was ok. I had to message them asking how to enter the home because it was 1.5 hours before check in and I had not heard any word from them about our stay or the check in process. Overall our stay was good. The girls loved it and had a wonderful time. I do feel the home is a little over priced considering the location and that backyard needed a lot of work. If you do not plan to go outdoors or do not need the backyard area, this is a great home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy and short drive to all the sights of Waco. The house was very clean and on a main road that took us into Waco. Owners are very friendly and always available to answer any questions we had.
