This small and cozy unit has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet, a 3-place work station, a smart TV, washer and dryer, a sofa bed, HVAC, and a Nespresso machine with complementary coffee.

This unit is centrally located with everything within a few minutes away. You are very close to most of Montreal's main attractions such as the downtown core area (St-Catherine's street), le Mont-Royal lookout and adjacent Jeanne-Mance Park, Beaver Lake, The Plateau neighbourhood, The Museum of Fine Arts, and much more. The Old Port is also easily accessible via taxi, bus or metro, all of which are found within a maximum of 10 minutes walking distance from the unit.
Mont Royal park is directly accessed from the property and offers numerous activities: hiking trails, row boats, snow shoeing, skating, cross country skiing, cycling paths, and much more. Wonderful nature surrounds the home with many beautiful birds and plants.
