Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

We were disappointed with the unit. While the apartment is staged very well in the photographs posted to vrbo, it looks different in person.Upon arrival, only one bed was made. The murphy bed had no bedding or pillows. Upon lifting down the murphy bed, my partner and I discovered an abandoned bandana and condom wrapper from the previous guests under the murphy bed. We had to wait for cleaning staff to come, clean the space, and bring us the missing bedding after our arrival. Note there is only one key for the door. Either the owner does not know the master code for the pin pad, or has chosen not to set it. Sharing one key between 4 people is incredibly inconvenient. Both closets are missing closet rods, there are not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, and the water pressure from the overhead shower is very weak. In addition, the sink had dents, the mirror beside one bed is cracked, the laminate flooring is damaged, and the oven is missing its cover.
