Luggage drop-off is not permitted .
Lost Keys or Fob/Card 🔑
In case of loss of the keys or fob/card, a $300 replacement fee will apply.
No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

What is great: 1) The kitchen is very well stocked2) The beds are super comfy3) Owner responds very quickly to every message. The not so great:1) Terrible smoking smell throughout (probably due to a neighbour and poor piping-air circulation)2) Terribly noisy on the week-end (as if the windows are open)3) Took forever to get the bed sheets & blanket for the murphy bed. If the ad states "sleeps 6" then all 3 beds should be ready upon arrival imo.
