In case of loss of the keys or fob/card, a $300 replacement fee will apply.

Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

It is a beautiful studio. Even though it is small, which is to be expected being a studio, it doesnt feel small. The high ceilings and big windows are great. The fact that it has 2 beds is amazing. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 is because we were missing some bedding and the toaster was broken. However, Sam was very responsive and quick to solve the issues. He's a great host. I would definitely recommend. If I am back in Montreal, I would rent again.
